Eligibility for Returns
Skincare Products, Nutritional Supplements, and Cosmetic Products:

Unsealed or Opened Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products, nutritional supplements, and certain cosmetic products are non-returnable if they have been unsealed or opened. These items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.
Sealed Items: Products that remain sealed and in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
Any products that are explicitly marked as non-returnable in the product description or have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

Return Shipping and Re-stocking Fees
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping fees when returning products, regardless of the reason for the return.
Re-stocking Fee: A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.
Exception for Verified Fake Products:
If the returned products are verified as counterfeit by a government authority, the 25% re-stocking fee will be waived. However, customers are still responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process
Return Authorization:
Before returning any products, please contact our customer service team at support@8land.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Instructions:
After receiving your RMA number, securely package the items and include a copy of the original invoice. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refund Process
Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned products, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. The inspection process may take up to 5-7 business days.

Refund Issuance:
After the inspection, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds:
If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our return criteria (e.g., opened or unsealed items), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
